I'm a nervous system, identity and embodiment coach for high-achieving women who are tired of understanding their patterns and ready to actually change them.

I travelled to 66 countries, spent a decade and thousands of dollars trying to fix myself. What actually worked was learning to feel safe enough to stop. 

I know that most people feel like there is more to their life, but they don't know how to get there. I help you to build a nervous system that feels safe to let go of old protection mechanisms and build your dream life now.

I grew up learning that belonging was something you earned.


Chapter One

My parents divorced when I was five. I had to go through court to move to my dad’s house and my relationship with my mum fell apart. To keep the peace, I learned to read rooms before I learned to read myself. I became very good at picking up vibes, sensing emotions and managing reactions, but it came at the cost of my own safety and authenticity. 

Moving to Ibiza at 13, I was made fun of because I didn’t speak the language and my insecure self didn’t fit in with the cool kids. 

I was left feeling broken, not good enough and like I didn’t belong anywhere. And my body was in a state of constant fear, uncertainty and bracing. 

So I did what felt like the only option back then: I decided to become someone impossible to ignore.



I had the life that looked exactly right on paper. 
And I felt nothing.


Chapter TWO

At 16 I read the book "The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne and thought: this is it. I can think my way to a different life. So over the next decade I jumped on the mindset hype train. Every self development book. Every course I could find. Over £40,000 in therapy and coaching. 5,000 hours of training.

And by my mid twenties it was working. I had the global career in financial services, the central London apartment, a full calendar and lots of trips booked.

But I was still feeling numb, overwhelmed, unworthy and getting into toxic relationships or avoiding them all together.

So I ran.


Chapter Three

At 29, the obvious answer to me was to quit my corporate job and give up everything I had in London to travel.

But 66 countries, a ton of adventures, new friends and countless rushes of adrenaline later, I was still repeating my same patterns just in different timezones.

Even when I was doing yoga retreats, meditation camps with Thai monks and "intentional reflection."

Because really I was just running, distracting and keeping myself busy. I was still chasing validation externally through achievement, just swapping corporate titles for passport stamps.

Not actually healing.

I trained in everything, but nothing actually changed.


Chapter Four

So I trained in more things, thinking that would be the answer. 

CBT, NLP, EFT, TRE, IFS, shadow work, breathwork, womb work, reiki energy work, kundalini activation, somatics, dance, voice activation, sound healing, karma clearing, astrology, numerology, human design, family constellations, authentic relating, plant medicines, cacao ceremonies, singing circles…

You name it, and I have probably tried it!!

And I learnt something from each. But nothing really changed. 

That’s when the realisation hit me. I actually had to do the deep inner work.


Until I learnt to feel safe in my body. That changed everything.



Chapter Five

Safe to be with and hold myself. Safe to feel all my emotions, even the ugly ones I had pushed down for years. Safe to accept and love all my parts instead of judging and criticising them.

And that's when I realised:

"We can't change our identity, unless it is based on safety.
In our bodies and in our own nervous systems."

Now my mission is simple.


Today

I became a certified coach and have helped women all around the world to build exactly that safety within themselves.

Guiding you back to your own personal power and creating fertile ground for your dream lives in your nervous system, your beliefs and your physical body by blending science, spirituality and embodiment.

I am here to create spaces and communities where you feel safe to break open and build yourself up. Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming regulated enough to realise who you already are within.

I am a strong believer that self-aware, regulated humans are not only happier but also create safer interpersonal relationships. And safer relationships create healthier childhoods for future generations.

I envision a world with stable, safe people, less wars and where no child has to suffer because their parents couldn't control their own emotions.

That's what drives me.
